May 2026:

PM Practices: Tuesday, April 28, 2026 through Friday, May 29, 2026*

• 4:15pm - 5:15pm: 6 & Under + 7 & 8 Age Groups
• 5:15pm - 6:15pm: 9 & 10s + 15-18 Age Groups
  
• 6:15pm - 7:15pm: 11 & 12 + 13 & 14 Age Groups

*The time slot that each age group is scheduled to train is subject to change based on registration numbers to ensure that each practice slot is well balanced. These will be finalized by May 1 when registration closes.

June 2026:

AM Practices: Monday, June 1, 2026 through End of Season*

• 6:00am - 7:00am: Orca Elite (Wednesday - Friday)
  • While age group practices are more focused on teaching swimmers proper stroke technique, Orca Elite focuses more on training (swimming longer distances at a faster pace and incorporating some dryland exercises, as well) for those ages 11+ who are substantially proficient in all four competitive swimming strokes.
• 7:00am - 8:00am: 13+ Age Groups
• 8:00am - 9:00am: 6 & Under + 7 & 8 Age Groups
• 9:00am - 10:00am: 9 & 10 Age Group
• 10:00am - 11:00am: 11 & 12 Age Group
